We are with the patch implemented for this issue and are setting it as resolved.
We have identified a faulty component in our system which caused an internal packet flood event through our core switches. We have put in a patch to resolve the problem and are currently monitoring our systems in case of further issue.

We are currently experiencing problems with calling in and out of our main switches in Amazon Sydney. Engineers are aware of the issue and are currently performing fault finding.
