SIP Trunk Issue

Resolved

Engineers have identified and resolved the issue with the core proxy.
The issue occurred due to an unforeseen set of circumstances where certain criteria needed to be met to cause the proxy to error.
The configuration has been patched to ensure this error does not occur again.
All traffic has been moved back to our primary SIP proxy and is passing normally.

Investigating

We are currently experiencing a problem with our core proxy. This is affecting some SIP trunks, all cloud PBX services have been switched to our backups at this time. Some SIP trunks are still experiencing call problems. Engineers have identified the issue and are working on resolving.
