We are satisfied that the update performed is stable and we are therefore resolving this issue.

Monitoring

The system vendor has applied the required patch and the system is now being monitored internally for any faults or issues. There was no recorded downtime during this patch.

Maintenance

Due to a software issue impacting some functions of the Cloud PBX system, there may be a restart of some services whilst the vendor applies a patch. At that time calls may be lost or dropped temporarily for a very short period.

This is unavoidable maintenance and is being performed during business hours to make sure the system continues running fault free.
